We recommend volunteers to be patient and while it is ultimately up to each nonprofit to manage its communication methods with prospective volunteers - you can always let our team know if the communication is frustrating.
Please note that GivingWay was set up to promote, facilitate, and encourage the direct connection between nonprofits and volunteers - our team cannot intervene when either side chooses not to respond.
This means, that if a volunteer or the contact person in a nonprofit does not reply to a message - GivingWay cannot force them to reply or reply on their behalf.
