We recommend volunteers to be patient and while it is ultimately up to each nonprofit to manage its communication methods with prospective volunteers - you can always let our team know if the communication is frustrating and we will try to help.
Please bear in mind that GivingWay was set up to promote, facilitate, and encourage the direct connection between nonprofits and volunteers since we believe that as a general rule, this is the foundation for an impactful relationship between both side. Although we will try to help in case of communication issues, ultimately we cannot force an organization or a volunteer to be responsive or reply on his, her or its behalf.
