You need to login and in the top right corner where you see your Organization's name, click it and go to "Your Dashboard". This will bring you to the main page on where to edit your information.
Each tab on the left of the screen has different aspects on how to manage your information. Start from the top and go through each one, make to sure to "save and continue" at the bottom of the screen to move onto the next page.
Under each feature you will have different elements to fill out.
This includes your Name of the Organization, its address, website and links to your social media accounts. The Description is an important aspect as this is the small paragraph that will either draw volunteers in or turn them away as it is displayed on the search pages. Please try to make this element stick out and clearly defined to what your Organization is about. Causes, please pick up to 3 - and be specific!
Here you need to add your legal registration number and a photo of it.
Make sure to add a Cover Photo: 1200 x 470 is the perfect size, but height can vary. Width is must be always 1200. Please make sure to embed the Video and not just post the URL.
Any additional information is great and more transparent to future volunteers.
Please pick the activities specific to what the volunteer will be doing. Clarify if you will provide meal/accommodations for free, or whether there will be a charge. Under "Manage", you can Link your GivingWay profile page from your Website, Manage Volunteers through an online database and you can customize your online application form. How to create your own Application form
Press the orange button, and in the new page scroll down, Where is says 'Custom Questions' press ADD and create your own questions.
